Processing Times

Standard Items
- Most items are made-to-order and require 3–7 business days for processing before shipment.
- This time allows us to craft your items with the highest quality and attention to detail.

Custom and Limited Edition Items
- Custom-designed products and limited edition pieces require extra time due to their handcrafted nature.
- Please allow up to 10 weeks, including processing and production time, for these items to be completed and shipped.
Shipping Times
Estimated shipping times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout:

Domestic Shipping (Within the United States)
- Standard Shipping: 5–12 business days after processing
- Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days after processing

Combined Shipping
For orders containing multiple items, shipments may be split to ensure timely delivery. You will receive tracking information for each individual package.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the weight and size of the items in your order. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, so check our homepage for updates.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Customs and Import Duties
For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, import duties, or taxes. These charges are determined by the destination country and are not included in the order total.
Delays and Lost Shipments
