Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days. However, some items are custom-made or in high demand and may take longer to ship. Any extended shipping timelines will be clearly noted in the product description. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.

Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery for unworn items with tags attached. Certain items, such as stickers, games, and wrapping paper, are eligible for store credit only. Final sale items, customized products, and limited edition pieces are non-returnable.

To be eligible for a return:

• The return must be requested within 15 calendar days of the delivery date.
• The item must be in its original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition.
• The item must be returned with tags and packaging in their original condition.

We do not offer exchanges at this time. Return shipping labels are available for $4.99 for one item and $8.99 for multiple items. To start a return, email Hello@mintcraftstudios.com with your order number.

If your item arrives damaged, please email us at Hello@mintcraftstudios.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We’ll make it right.
